Oh my goodness these cookies are good!! Like you need to make them right this second!! They are extremely chocolatey and chewy!! So soft!! Even on the second and third days! They are so soft that when you pick then up, they bend and threaten to break in half, but they’re so good you shove them in your mouth before they have a chance to escape!!

The recipe is super simple, and you can change the add ins to suit your tastes! I made some with chocolate chips and walnuts. Others I made with toffee bits and chocolate chips! Next time I might try some candy bar pieces! The cookie base is the best part though, so don’t stuff them too full! The chocolate cookie is so incredible words can’t even begin to describe it! It melts in your mouth and leaves you craving more! They’re very dangerous to have around! Because they are so soft, you can easily break off little pieces at a time! Throughout the course of the day, I have been picking off little pieces of heaven!
